At Trust Thread, we strive to provide high-quality emotional support services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand our policy on refunds for services offered through the Trust Thread app.

1. No Refund for Emotional Support Services
Due to the nature of emotional support services provided through the Trust Thread app, all purchases and payments made for services are non-refundable. Once you have availed any service, including live chat sessions, emotional support calls, or other related services, we are unable to issue refunds for those services.

2. Subscription-Based Refunds
If you subscribe to any premium or paid services offered through the Trust Thread app, you agree to the applicable subscription fees and billing cycles.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles. No refunds will be issued for partial usage or the remaining period of a current subscription cycle.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription services may auto-renew unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings before the renewal date. Once renewed, refunds will not be provided for that billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate payments or billing errors, you may contact us for a refund review. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the charge date. Please provide details of the payment issue by emailing us at contact@trustthread.in.

Refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of Trust Thread, and we reserve the right to deny any refund request that we deem not to meet our policy or terms.
